Hill is consulting with the local community ahead of submitting a reserved matters application for new homes, a community woodland park, public open space, and landscaping at Plumstead Road East.
Our proposals will include:
- Up to 300 new, high quality, well-designed, sustainable homes, of which a third will be affordable.
- A community woodland park, which will be maintained in perpetuity.
- Public open space, with sustainable drainage, which will be sensitively landscaped.
- Contributions to public open space in the local area, along with the creation of two bus stops and a shared cycleway & footway along Plumstead Road East.
Public consultation
A public consultation event was held on Wednesday 29th September 2021 from 4-8pm at the Dussindale Community Centre.
The event was well attended by local residents and we will be taking feedback on board as we progress towards a detailed application.
